  Rajendra Pipal No this is not confirmed but when you start mobilising the limb the gap will increases rather than achieving compression. The commonest complication is nonunion of this olecranon osteotomy if not fix it accurately. I think TRAP is better approach.

  Navin Singh Is the medial plate a locking plate, with locking screws. X ray doesn't tell. If it isn't the lat column plate should have been posterior, even otherwise a post plate position would have been good. And of course the fixation of olecrenon osteotomy is sub optimal. Protect it with a post slab for 4 weeks

  Anuj Agrawal If you want to fix the olecranon with screws, it should be a 6.5 mm screw, preferably predrilled and tapped before osteotomy. And, a tension band should always be added.
